Joy Hughes brings over 15 years of sales and real estate experience to Applied Marketing, excelling at problem solving and customer service. As an entrepreneur, she started her own drafting company. Joy’s sales experience includes real estate brokerage, finance, and commercial real estate advertising sales, which require extensive outbound calling and phone sales skills. In finance and sales Joy Hughes earned top producer honors for over five years. As a commercial real estate advertising associate she created marketing campaigns for commercial and residential real estate clients, both large and small, combining a variety of products and services to customize marketing campaigns for each client’s current focus.
Having walked in the shoes of her clients at Applied Marketing over the course of her career, Joy brings the kind of experience and performance to her position that translates directly into success for her clients. She has worked recently with Northern Kentucky Tri Ed, North Eastern Strategic Alliance for South Carolina, Southern Carolina Alliance, Ohio Business Development Coalition, Belfast, Northern Ireland, Greater Rochester, Greater Louisville, Minot North Dakota, Trane, CB Richard Ellis, Corfac, and others.
